We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use, alteration, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
If an item arrives with a material defect or manufacturing fault, we will accept a return or exchange regardless of the condition of the packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with photos of the defect via Instagram or email so we can resolve it promptly.
To initiate a return, contact us via @qimaclothing on Instagram or email qimahoodies@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Our tees run fitted — we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit. If you are unsure, contact us directly before ordering.
Orders within Kuwait are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed via WhatsApp.
After placing your order, a secure payment link will be sent to your WhatsApp number. Payment is required before the order is dispatched.
No. Each drop is produced in limited quantities and is not restocked. When it's gone, it's gone.
Orders can be cancelled before the payment link is confirmed. Once payment is received and the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the returns policy applies.

Orders. All orders are subject to availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment until payment is confirmed. قمة reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Payment. Payment is collected via a secure link sent to the customer's WhatsApp. Orders are not dispatched until full payment is received.
Delivery. A flat delivery fee of KWD 1.500 applies to all orders within Kuwait. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days subject to the conditions outlined above. قمة is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
Intellectual Property. All content on this website including imagery, copy, and brand identity belongs to قمة. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
